In order to become a member a written application with recommendations from at least two members of the Union must be filed to the Executive Board. In regards to this the General Board will make a decision within one month from the date of the application’s receipt. Membership will take effect after the payment of a one–time admission fee based on the decision of the General Board. The amount of the one–time admission fee and the annual membership fee and also the deadline and order of their payment are approved by the General Board of the Union.
